echoTechnology makes every effort to ensure our downloadable trials are functional and complete. All trial versions allow you to explore the products in full. We also provide videos, animations, product sheets, fact sheets and screen shots that further assist you to completely evaluate our products for your needs. Furthermore all  echoTechnology products come with the first 12 months of support and maintenance included.

We encourage you to take advantage of the above to fully evaluate our products. However due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns for any reason.

If you require special testing arrangements or an extension of our trials please email us at sales@echotechnology.com and we will do our utmost to accommodate your request. During the trial period feel free to email support@echotechnology.com with any relevant questions you may have.

If any media you receive from echoTechnology is defective, we will gladly replace it free of charge. Just contact support@echotechnology.com and we will organize a new copy for you.
