Have you run onshore/offshore development projects?This role requires working directly for the CEO to implement, refine and deliver our SharePoint 2010 strategy and echo for SharePoint roadmap.You will lead small cross functional teams from design through to delivery. You will be accountable for driving the entire product lifecycle, from specification, coding and QA to release. You will not be afraid to be a contributor as well as a manager when the situation arisesYou will be adept at communicating with CEO’s, developers and architects alike. This position involves regularly communicating project status and trade-offs to management, Microsoft stakeholders and team members on and offshore. Cross-team coordination, project management and presentation skills are essential.This is not just a job; it’s an exciting critical role where stock options are expected to be issued to you.Some International travel to our offshore development centre is expected in the first 3 months.Our location preference is our downtown Seattle Office in the USA.
